LCIA助力企业转型 第七届企业转型升级观摩成功举办
12月12日第七届工业4.0下企业转型升级观摩活动在美瑞智能示范道场拉开帷幕，和宏、证通电子等企业代表参加了本次活动，参观结束之后，企业代表团对LCIA低成本自动化精益线体产生浓厚兴趣。
智能工厂解决方案
企业代表首先在美瑞公司智能室聆听了美瑞专家主讲的《工业4.0下的企业转型升级》。专家首先分享了今年国庆期间与公司高层的日本LCIA之旅。他说，作为一个有20多年经验的精益人兼企业家，不得不佩服日本的低成本自动化改造的巧妙和精致。在LCIA设备展上，我发现有80%设备由精益管加工而成，80%设备运用自然法则实现自动，80%设备无电力驱动，这些情景触动很大，中国为什么没有？基于这种想法和美瑞现有的设备和技术，转型试验田（美瑞企业转型升级示范基地）逐渐落成，希望为面临转型升级的企业提供一种落地性强的解决方案。什么样的解决方案能帮助到自动化程度不高的国内制造型企业？
企业转型升级培训
答案是低成本智能自动化（LCIA）。如今劳动力成本高涨，要帮助中小企业升级自动化，低成本智能自动化可能是最理想的选择。我们做过调查，不论是国内还是国外，大型自动化生产线存在高投入、高维护成本、高折旧成本的问题；另一方面，中国制造业中为数众多的是中小企业，它们属于多品种、小批量的产品生产，并不适合全自动化生产线。如果自动化和人工结合在一起，只在所需要的地方做到自动化，让人员和设备发挥最佳生产效率，这种模式不仅成本低、效率值高而且落地性极强，这就是中国80%的制造企业转型的新路径——基于精益改善的低成本智能自动化（LCIA）。
能省下来的都是利润，曲线转型并非不可能。迫在眉睫的转型问题已经风雨欲来，机器人换人的速度并没有理想的来得快，这也不是大部分中小企业的最优选择，在国内只有部分资金流充裕的大型企业正在试水全产线自动化和规划“无人工厂”。而 LCIA升级不是全盘颠覆，是持续改进，自动化程度高了，员工的培养就省了，企业的利润空间则进一步被开发，转型智能制造还会远吗？

智能制造已成趋势，把握机会方能稳步前进。如今，国内大部分制造企业的制造水平依然十分低下，利用自动化和信息化手段改进制造过程、寻求产业升级已经成为了中国制造从业者们的普遍共识。在参观完美瑞示范道场和标本工厂之后，企业代表作了总结分享。他们认为，在LCIA与工业4.0之间，现阶段前者比较“接地气”，“大跃进”式的升级方式只会给企业发展添堵。并且希望借助美瑞定制化的柔性生产线、一站式解决方案解决当前困境，实现真正意义上的效率转型。
